CREIXENT
Creixent is the solo project of Argentine musician Andrés Samur, born from a deeply personal creative journey while pursuing his career as a guitarist across various musical projects.
What began as an intimate songwriting outlet gradually evolved into Dual, his debut album, recorded in Berlin and mixed and mastered by Estudio Bulo in Buenos Aires.
With this release, Andrés embraces a new artistic direction, placing synthesizers, electronic textures and contemporary production at the heart of his songwriting. In doing so, he steps away from the guitar-driven sound that defined his earlier work and returns to writing and performing in Spanish after more than a decade creating music in English with projects such as Louder Than Motion, One Man Dancing and Deepsleepers.
Blending cinematic atmospheres, immersive soundscapes and emotionally driven songwriting, Creixent moves effortlessly between indie, electronica and alternative pop. His music finds a delicate balance between the organic and the electronic, creating a sonic identity that feels intimate, modern and deeply human.

Designing a Live Performance
Some live shows are built around a finished record. Others are designed as instruments in their own right. That’s the philosophy behind my collaboration with Creixent, the Buenos Aires-born singer, songwriter and live performer now based in Barcelona.
Working together from my music studio, we’ve been designing a live setup that doesn’t simply reproduce his songs – it reimagines the way they’re performed. Every decision has been driven by one goal: creating a performance that feels fluid, expressive and completely alive.
At the center of the project is a custom Ableton Live session built specifically around Creixent’s performance style.
Rather than relying on backing tracks, the session gives him the freedom to sing, play guitar, launch musical sections and interact with the arrangements in real time. Every scene, transition and effect has been carefully organized to create a workflow that feels intuitive on stage, allowing technology to support the performance without ever becoming the focus.
The result is a setup that responds naturally to the energy of the moment while maintaining the flexibility to adapt each performance to different venues and audiences.
One of the most rewarding aspects of this project has been translating the depth of studio production into a live environment.
Throughout the development process, we’ve carefully balanced acoustic performance with electronic production, combining live guitar, vocals, hardware instruments and software synthesizers into a single musical ecosystem. Instead of separating traditional musicianship from modern production techniques, the setup allows both worlds to coexist naturally, creating performances that feel organic while embracing the possibilities of contemporary electronic music.
A live performance is never truly finished – it’s a living system that evolves alongside the artist. As we continue refining the setup, expanding the repertoire and exploring new performance possibilities, we’re building far more than a concert format. We’re creating a creative platform that can grow with Creixent’s music for years to come.
Watching that evolution unfold has been one of the most rewarding aspects of this collaboration, and I’m excited to see how each new performance continues to reshape and redefine the experience.
